Shipping Instractions
- For any other country rates please mail us to obtain the rate on info@srilankanspicecart.com.
- Courier rates are measured on gross weight of product + packaging. It is not advisable to order more than 11kg per package as this may be deemed as commercial cargo and may be liable for duty as your expense.
- Please contact us if you want to have rates for a different weight other than mentioned. If you require insurance for your package please contact us. All packages are marked as personal gift – we will not be taking liability for customs issues if any in your country.
- Please check with your customs before placing order, if goods of this nature are permissible into your country.
- Payments can be done via the website using a 3rd party payment gateway OR by directly transferring cash to our account in Sri Lanka (details are below).

- International courier may take up-to 10 days to deliver. Goods are normally shipped out within 2 days of receiving payment. If there is a delay you will be notified.
