We are a family business based in the hills of Kandy and coastal Colombo in Sri Lanka. Our passion is to present our fellow Sri Lankans on this island paradise and other nations of the globe with the opportunity to taste the amazing spices we grow. We are committed to supporting the small home garden growers especially during this COVID pandemic fall out.  The process of producing spices is hard work, from protecting nutmeg grown in our home garden in Kandy, to asking our Appu to decide when the cloves are ready for plucking, requires synergy of events.  

 

Our spices and products are ethically produced and sourced from home growers naturally nurtured by the sun and rain without chemical fertilizers.  Our sourced home growers are paid a very fair price for their goods by us, which they would otherwise be forced to sell to a wholesale bulk buyer in their village for a lesser price. We value and take care of our home growers like our extended family.

 

Our spices are dried in the sunshine, roasted, smoked naturally and blended. This alchemical process of transforming spices inspires and drives our family business. We take pride in our care to detail in producing authentic and tantalizing spices for your taste buds. Our spices are packed according to commercial and government regulations with utmost care. As our service is a family business without the added cost of employees, we are able to give you our produce straight from the paddock to your plate at an excellent price and value in quality in servicing you with organic fair trade.
